1. APPLICABILITY

This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from NuttDry through any online or offline sales channel.

By placing an order with NuttDry, the customer expressly agrees to be bound by this Policy.

This Policy is framed in accordance with:

• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
• The Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Applicable laws in force within the National Capital Territory of Delhi

2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS

All products sold by NuttDry, including but not limited to dates, nuts, dry fruits, and edible food items, are:

• Perishable consumables
• Hygienically packed food-grade products
• Non-resalable once delivered

Due to hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations, such goods cannot be returned once delivered, except under limited conditions defined below.

3. STRICT NO-RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Returns shall not be accepted under any circumstances except as specifically provided in Section 5 (Eligible Exchange Conditions).

Returns shall not be permitted in cases including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Taste preference or personal dissatisfaction
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Orders placed by mistake
• Price differences after purchase
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

4. NO GENERAL EXCHANGE POLICY

NuttDry does not offer general exchanges for perishable food products.

Exchange requests based on subjective factors such as taste, texture, personal preference, or expectation mismatch shall not be entertained.

5. ELIGIBLE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS (DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT ONLY)

An exchange request may be considered only if:

• The product received is physically damaged at the time of delivery; OR
• The product delivered is materially different from what was ordered.

Mandatory Conditions for Eligibility:

To qualify for an exchange:

1. The customer must notify NuttDry within 24 hours of delivery.
2. A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video must be provided showing:
   • The sealed package
   • Opening of the parcel
   • Visible damage or incorrect item
3. The complaint must include:
   • Order ID
   • Clear photographs
   • Description of the issue

Failure to comply with these mandatory requirements shall automatically disqualify the claim.

6. VERIFICATION & RESOLUTION

Upon receipt of a valid exchange request:

• The Quality Assurance Team shall review the evidence submitted.
• If the claim is verified, NuttDry may, at its sole discretion:
  • Provide a replacement product; OR
  • Issue store credit equivalent to the product value.

NuttDry reserves the absolute right to reject any claim that does not satisfy the conditions stated in this Policy.

7. SHIPPING LIABILITY & RISK TRANSFER

NuttDry shall not be responsible for:

• Delivery delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers
• Loss or delay due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions)
• Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

Risk and title of goods pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

• NuttDry’s liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the concerned product.
• No indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages shall be claimable.
• Products that are consumed, partially consumed, opened (without valid unboxing evidence), or tampered with shall not be eligible for exchange.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from purchases made with NuttDry shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi, India.
