This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on NUTTDRY (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through www.nuttdry.com (the “Website”).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within [1–3 business days]after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require telephonic or SMS confirmation before dispatch.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship:
- Across India
For remote or non-serviceable PIN codes, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote locations: 7–15 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders (if applicable)
- Standard shipping charges (if applicable)
- COD charges (if applicable)
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- A tracking ID will be sent via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive tracking details within the processing time, contact us at zeenat23collection@gmail.com.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If the delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailable
The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
8. Partial Shipments
In certain cases:
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
- You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments (unless specified).
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears:
- Damaged
- Opened
- Tampered
Please:
- Do not accept the package, or
- Record an unboxing video, and
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at zeenat23collection@gmail.com.
Failure to report within the specified time may affect claim eligibility.
10. Delayed Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier partner disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Pandemic restrictions
- Government actions
However, we will assist in resolving issues with the courier partner.
11. Order Cancellation Due to Shipping Issues
We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
- Delivery location is non-serviceable
- High risk of fraud is detected
- Repeated failed delivery attempts occur
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
12. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
