1. APPLICABILITY
This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders placed with NuttDry through any online or offline sales channel.
By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to the terms set out herein.
This Policy is framed in accordance with:
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
- The Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Applicable laws in force within the National Capital Territory of Delhi
2. NATURE OF GOODS
All products sold by NuttDry, including dates, nuts, dry fruits, and related edible items, are:
- Perishable consumables
- Hygienically packed food products
- Non-resalable once processed or dispatched
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of these goods, cancellation and refund rights are limited and strictly governed by this Policy.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled only if:
- The cancellation request is made before the order is processed and dispatched; AND
- The cancellation request is approved by NuttDry.
Cancellation requests must be sent immediately via email to:

NuttDry reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any cancellation request.
3.2 No Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been:
- Packed
- Processed
- Dispatched
- Handed over to the courier partner
It cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refusal to accept delivery shall not qualify as cancellation and shall not entitle the customer to any refund.
4. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Refunds shall not be granted except under the limited circumstances defined in Section 5 of this Policy.
Refunds shall not be issued in cases including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Personal taste preference
- Incorrect product selection by customer
- Price fluctuations after order confirmation
- Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Refusal to accept delivery
5. ELIGIBLE REFUND CONDITIONS (LIMITED EXCEPTION)
A refund may be considered only if:
- The product delivered is physically damaged at the time of delivery; OR
- The product delivered is materially different from what was ordered; AND
- Replacement is not feasible.
Mandatory Requirements:
To qualify for refund consideration:
- Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video must be provided showing:
- Sealed outer packaging
- Complete unboxing process
- Visible damage or incorrect item
- The complaint must include:
- Order ID
- Supporting photographs
- Detailed description of issue
Failure to comply with these mandatory requirements shall automatically disqualify the claim.
6. VERIFICATION & REFUND PROCESS
Upon receipt of a valid claim:
- The Quality Assurance Team shall verify the evidence.
- If approved, NuttDry may, at its sole discretion:
- Provide a replacement; OR
- Issue store credit; OR
- Process a refund (only if replacement is not feasible).
If approved, refunds shall be processed within 5–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
NuttDry reserves the absolute right to reject claims that do not satisfy the conditions of this Policy.
7. SHIPPING & FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER
NuttDry shall not be liable for:
- Courier-related delays
- Loss due to incorrect address or contact information provided by customer
- Natural calamities, strikes, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events
Risk and title of goods pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:
- NuttDry’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the concerned product.
- No indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages shall be claimable.
- Products that are consumed, partially consumed, or tampered with shall not be eligible for refund.
9. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE CLAIMS
NuttDry reserves the right to:
- Deny claims suspected to be fraudulent
- Block repeat offenders
- Initiate appropriate legal proceedings in cases of intentional misuse or false representation
10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to purchases made from NuttDry shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi, India.
